ABOUT ME:
Standing on the baseline in the Matadome at California State University Northridge. I never thought I would be on a full scholarship at a Division 1 school. Coach describes the drill and blows the whistle. After a sweat-filled series of drills two things became apparent, this is only the warm up and that work is common but, hard work is not. I have trained women post players on all skill levels. My personal mission is to provide an avenue for female post players to become aggressive team players and share my knowledge of the game. Also striving to be a mentor providing lessons of positive personal development.
MISSION:
All Work mission is to inspire, guide and mentor female post players to be fundamental and dominant basketball players while instilling values of perseverance, hard work, and respect. Our goal is to advance female post players who make good decisions, on and off the court. Teaching mental stability, personal growth, and good health.
